Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Aptitude Trainer to join our team and work at
our prestigious client locations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and
a passion for mentoring students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal
Ability to prepare them for campus placements and competitive exams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal
• Ability and softskills.
• Develop customized content and practice materials as per student proficiency levels.
• Assess students’ performance through tests, quizzes, and interactive sessions.
• Provide individual mentoring to help students strengthen weak areas.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and placement teams to align training with
  industry requirements.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to the internal team and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in competitive exams and aptitude tests.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong subject knowledge in Aptitude (Quant, LR, DI, Verbal).
• Good classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for easier understanding.
• Basic proficiency in tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite

Experience:-

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Science, or Math background
preferred).

Minimum 1 year and up to 3 years of experience as an aptitude or Soft Skills Trainer.

Location: Mangalore or any other subsidiary location within Karnataka
