Job Summary:

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Translate business and product requirements into technical ML solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to ML pipelines and APIs.
• Mentor interns, junior developers, or student collaborators in AI/ML fundamentals and best practices.
• Create learning resources, give tech talks, and occasionally assist in workshops or hackathons.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or AI-based projects.
• Solid knowledge of Python and ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and basic statistical/mathematical concepts.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), APIs, and deployment tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching, mentoring, and learning together.
